Brown stew chicken is a classic Jamaican dish that hits the taste buds just right. The secret to this stew is the inclusion of classic Jamaican spices and vegetables and of course lots of love. Brown stew chicken is the stew that Ms. Clover’s (aka Mong-ga) co-workers always rave about at the annual potluck.
