Check Out Our Menu:

BROWN STEW CHICKEN

If you love Jerk Chicken then you’re absolutely going to love the savory Brown Stew Chicken.

Brown stew chicken is a classic Jamaican dish that hits the taste buds just right. The secret to this stew is the inclusion of classic Jamaican spices and vegetables and of course lots of love. Brown stew chicken is the stew that Ms. Clover’s (aka Mong-ga) co-workers always rave about at the annual potluck.

We also have Seasoned Quinoa on the menu for our class.

Wondering why quinoa and not rice and peas?

Mong-ga credits quinoa for helping her to free herself from diabetes. Quinoa is for those of you who are looking for a healthy grain to replace rice. Seasoned quinoa is a great compliment to our brown stew chicken and fish.
