A Personalized Assessment

Your journey begins with a brief online assessment, where you share details about your food preferences, health goals, and household needs. Based on your input, I will design a customized weekly menu. Each week, you’ll receive your proposed menu by email for approval prior to your scheduled In-Home Cook Date.

Billing  

Once your weekly menu is approved, full payment for the professional chef fee will be billed two days before the In-Home Cook Date. Groceries are billed separately at cost.

Grocery Concierge

Each ingredient is selected with a chef’s eye to prioritize freshness, quality, and seasonality. Every choice is made with your specific menu in mind. I specialize in low-sodium, heart-healthy cooking, which means carefully reading labels and avoiding ingredients with high sodium, sugars, and additives. What you receive are ingredients sourced not just for convenience, but for optimal wellness and elevated taste.

In-Home Cook Day

On your In-Home Cook date, I arrive at your home with the groceries and your curated meal plan. I take care of every step—from preparation to cooking— so that your kitchen fills with the aroma of a chef-prepared meal. By the time I leave, your meals are packaged, labeled, cooled, and placed in the refrigerator for you to enjoy. The kitchen will get a quick sanitization before meal preparation. After the prep is completed, the kitchen will be refreshed to its original order before I leave.

At the end of a long day, you open your fridge to find flavorful, wholesome meals. They are chef-prepared just for you. No rushing to the store, no pots and pans to clean, no last-minute decisions. Imagined the relief of knowing dinner is done. You can exhale, sit down, and enjoy the time to nourish and reconnect with yourself and the ones you love.
