Our Story: Flavor for Low-Sodium Cooking
I grew up in a Caribbean kitchen full of bold flavors. But everything changed the day my mom was prescribe medication for high blood pressure. That day she removed salt from our home overnight.
Years later, during a difficult season of life, I started to plant herbs like thyme, basil, and mint on my kitchen windowsill. I also started to grow vegetables in a small community garden. As I cooked with homegrown herbs and food, I discovered and recovered something new--healthy foods can taste good.
This salt-free spice line was born from that journey. Every blend is rooted in tradition, crafted for bold flavor, and designed to support your well-being—without compromise.
