Papaya and Mint Salad Recipe
By Michelle Beadle Holder
When fruit is paired with the right culinary herb it can take your sensory experience to new heights. Mint goes well with many fruits. Give it a try with papaya, one of my favorite tropical paradise fruits.
Made with Love!
Ingredients
2 small or 1 large ripe papaya, diced into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup fresh mint finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Step1: Add diced papaya to a large bowl.
Step 2: Sprinkle chopped mint leaves onto the papaya,
Step 3: Pour lemon juice on the papaya and mint. Mix all three ingredients with a large spoon.
As my mother would say, don’t forget to add a bit of love.
This salad is best when served chilled. Enjoy!!
Alternative Fruits
You can try this recipe with other tropical fruits like watermelon or pineapple.
