You’ll receive a grocery list and prep guide a few days before we begin.Oxtail can be found at most Caribbean or Asian supermarkets.
And yes, you can use our salt-free spices or your favorite salt-free blends.

On Friday night, we’ll gather virtually for Irie Happy Hour, where you’ll learn how to make a Sorrel Hibiscus Sangria. This beverage is a vibrant Caribbean twist on sangria made with hibiscus petals, ginger, and citrus.
It’s the perfect way to unwind, connect, and set your intentions before the weekend cooking begins.
