Log on, Mix, and Sip.
We start Friday evening with Irie Happy Hour.
Learn how to make the chef’s signature Sorrel Hibiscus Sangria, with hibiscus petals, ginger, and tropical fruit.
It’s floral, fruity, and full of flavor.
Sip. Breathe. Give thanks. -
On Saturday, you’ll clean and season your oxtail, soak your beans, and begin the deeper flavor process.
We’ll end the session by preparing the quick and easy golden fried plantains. This sweet, tender, caramelized side is the perfect way to end the day. -
Sunday, we finish cooking the oxtail dish together.
You’ll close the weekend feeling irie—knowing that you’ve contributed to a worthy cause.
