It is designed to help you build simple, flavorful food habits that support stable blood sugar and everyday nourishment.

Rather than following a strict diet plan, you remain in the lead.

My role is to provide guidance, structure, and accountability so you can translate food knowledge into routines that work within your daily life.

How the Program Works

Initial Assessment & Goal Setting

We begin with a conversation to understand your current food habits, daily routines, and personal goals.

Together we explore:

• your current eating patterns

• challenges around meals and snacks

• stress, schedules, and other factors influencing how you eat

• your goals for improving blood sugar

We also look at the food environments that shape your habits, including your kitchen, your workspace, and even the foods you keep in your car or bag.

These insights help us identify the priorities that guide our work together.

Weekly Support Sessions

Each week you will have a 45-minute one-on-one session focused on practical progress.

During these conversations we will:

• reflect on how your week went

• identify one focus area

• experiment with one manageable adjustment

• explore resources and recipes when helpful

• set a clear intention for the week ahead

We also pay attention to your food environment, making small adjustments to the spaces where you eat so nourishing choices become easier and more consistent.

Flavor Starter Guide

You will also receive a Flavor Starter Guide designed to help you build satisfying meals without relying on excess salt or sugar.

This guide introduces simple ways to use spices, herbs, and aromatics to create depth of flavor in everyday meals.

Because improving blood sugar health shouldn’t mean eating food that feels bland or limiting.
